Intensive lye application through contactless dipping of your dough pieces in the lye. Fast, clean and safe lye dipping has never been easier than with the JUFEBA lye dipping systems: Place tipping trays with dough pieces on the dipping system and fold the dipping grid over them. Now tip everything together into the tank with the lye. That's it! The wooden planks are not immersed in the lye and remain completely dry thanks to the baking paper. This means they can be used almost endlessly. The operator does not come into contact with the lye at any time, which makes working with lye safe and simple. The immersion grid can be replaced with a flick of the wrist. The lye can also be drained conveniently and without contact using the special drain tap. The 4 large castors make the system mobile. When not in use, the support plates can be used as a compact storage table.
