Operation via touch panel is extremely simple. The benefits are even greater: the automatic dissolving and tempering of your fondant not only saves you money, but also a lot of time. Each appliance, made entirely of stainless steel, is equipped with a touch panel, an agitator safety circuit and a maintenance-free agitator drive. The safety circuit switches the appliance off automatically when it is open. Depending on the version, the agitator blades are designed to optimise functionality and can be removed for cleaning in one easy step. Each free-standing appliance is equipped with a thermal oil jacket heater.
