Contactless loading of your yeast pastries... No problem with our Yeast Donut loading systems. Plug to the JUFEBA in line fryer system, place proofing trays on top of the feeding unit, hook in the bar, remove the proofing tray... Done! Our system does the rest for you. Thanks to automatic timing, the system draws in the yeast pastries automatically, depending on the desired production quantity and baking time. You have time to take care of other things!
Easy to clean, hygienic, flexible in use
The green cloth
All our proofing trays come with a green cloth. Simply dust it with a little starch and place the yeast pastries on it. Of course, you can also order the cloths separately. Do you need a special size? No problem!
- For easy orientation, our cloths are supplied with pre-labelled rows to ensure even feeding of the pastries.
- The cloths can be easily cleaned in the washing machine after use and can therefore be used again and again. This is good for the environment and your wallet.
